Hereby we would like to inform you, that petition may be lodged with the Court of Company Registration for simplified liquidation of the companies below, where the assets are not sufficient even to cover the expected costs of liquidation, or the proceedings are technically non-executable due to discrepancies in the records or in the books.

We kindly ask you to announce to the liquidator within 15 days if you are aware of any assets of the company that may be involved in the liquidation, or of any facts that would allow the liquidation to proceed in an orderly manner.
